As of May 1, 2025, Daniatech has expanded its group of owners from one to four partners. Founder Jens Nygaard Andersen has welcomed three new co-owners on board. The purpose is clear: to strengthen the company with new expertise and drive significant revenue growth in the years to come.
“I have managed the company alone for ten years, and I have realized that if Daniatech is to reach the next level, it will require new skills and fresh energy. Therefore, it is a great pleasure for me to welcome the three new co-owners into the ownership group. With Rune, Karsten, and Jesper, we now have an exceptionally strong foundation to take Daniatech to the next level,” says Jens Nygaard Andersen.
Three New Co-Owners, Each Bringing Their Strengths
Rune Blegvad Jensen brings many years of experience in complex construction and engineering, with a strong passion for developing solutions where cutting-edge manufacturing methods and innovative ideas come into play. “Sir Henry Royce once said, ‘If it does not exist, design it.’ That is exactly my approach to innovation and development,” says Rune.
Jesper Ole Hjort contributes more than 20 years of experience in project sales within the automation industry. He is known for his commercial mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and relentless drive to identify new market opportunities. “I know that opportunities don’t just appear on their own – it takes constant and focused effort to win a customer’s trust,” Jesper adds with a smile.
Karsten Haubjerg Olesen has solid experience in business management as well as project execution and process control, ensuring smooth deliveries. He also brings unique expertise from the process industry, contributing deep insights into technology, project execution, and daily operations. “A project must always be executed according to a structured and well-defined plan – otherwise it’s like driving a car blindfolded, you never know where you’ll end up,” says Karsten, adding, “A strong plan ensures on time and on budget delivery, safeguarding our customers’ investments.”
Clear Goal: Significant Growth and Investment in the Future
The decision to unite efforts in a joint ownership group was made after thorough discussions throughout 2024 and early 2025.
The ambition is clear – Daniatech aims for substantial growth in the coming years, creating room to invest in new areas. A central initiative is the establishment of a test center, where customers, suppliers, and partners can test new products – and where current and future employees can be trained in process and food technology.
“We will continue to strengthen and build a professional organization – partly by training and developing new talent ourselves,” says Jens Nygaard Andersen, adding, “Daniatech is, and will remain, an attractive workplace, with plenty of opportunities for personal and professional growth.”
